Specialty esters are used to manufacture a large variety of industrial products, including for personal care (shampoos and cosmetic applications), automotive and architectural applications, as well as for medical purposes.
Most of our specialty esters are plasticisers for a broad range of applications. They show some unique properties and can be used to replace traditional phthalate plasticisers and are all well-known and well-researched plasticisers currently being used in a broad variety of end-uses.
Specialty esters may also be used as a compatibiliser, solvent or friction modifier in a variety of lubricant, metalworking and inks and coatings formulations.
Common applications are: plasticisers, lubricants, and coalescing agents.
